Instructions for filling the Registration Form:-
- All enabled fields marked with a * (red asterisk) are compulsory to be filled. In case the data cannot be filled or is not available you can specify N.A. in that field.
- Kindly fill in the PEN No.
- Copy of Birth Certificate to be attached.
- Copy of the First Term Academic Record of the existing class to be attached.
- Please keep a copy of filled form for your record.
- Registration does not guarantee admission, it is as per the availability of seats.
Important Note:-
1. Registration form available for Classes II to IX.
2. YOU ARE ADVISED TO FILL IN ONLY ONE ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM. DUPLICATE FORMS SHALL BE REJECTED.
